Initial Assessment

At the first appointment, I conduct an initial assessment, which consists of a short consultation and completing a health questionnaire. I thoroughly ask my guests about their lifestyle habits, previous injuries, surgeries, and current complaints. Based on this information, I personalize the treatment.

Booking an Appointment

You can book an appointment via email, Messenger, or phone. If I am unable to answer your call, I will return it as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy

I kindly ask all guests to inform me as early as possible if they need to cancel or modify their appointment. Cancellations or changes are free of charge if made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Exceptions apply in cases of illness, accidents, or other special circumstances.
In the event of cancellation or modification within 24 hours, the full treatment fee will be charged. A new appointment can be scheduled after the outstanding fee has been settled.

Late Arrival

If you are running late, please notify me by phone or Messenger. I will try to handle the situation as flexibly as possible within my schedule.

Illness

Please inform me if you are feeling unwell or have a fever. General malaise, headache, runny nose, or cough are exclusion factors — massage treatment is contraindicated in such conditions.

• Heaviest days of menstruation
• Untreated high blood pressure
• Infectious skin inflammation
• Burns
• Deep vein thrombosis
• Being under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Payment

Payment is accepted in cash, by bank transfer, or via Revolut.
