Refreshing Swedish Massage
Swedish massage is one of the most well-known Western massage techniques and forms the foundation of both therapeutic and sports massage. It stimulates metabolism, enhances blood and lymph circulation, relieves muscle pain, releases adhesions, and helps ease both physical and mental tension.
As a result of the treatment, the overall condition of the muscles improves, and the firmness of painful muscle knots is reduced. Swedish massage is recommended for all healthy individuals and can be requested as a full-body treatment or focused on specific areas (back, neck and shoulders, legs). It is a perfect choice if you are looking for relaxation, renewal, and a moment of calm.
Sports Massage
Sports massage is very similar to Swedish massage, but it is a much more intensive and deeper form that primarily targets the deep muscle layers. It helps prevent muscle injuries caused by overuse and supports the development of looser, more flexible muscles.
It accelerates recovery, reduces the risk of injury, enhances muscle performance, and improves muscle tone. Sports massage can also be applied to treat certain muscular imbalances and postural problems, as well as to prepare the body for physical exertion or to aid regeneration after intense activity.
Foot Reflexology Massage
By massaging the reflex points of the feet, a positive effect can be achieved on the internal organs. It also has beneficial effects on stress relief, relaxation, improving circulation, and supporting the body’s natural detoxification processes. Our feet are under constant strain, and this treatment provides refreshing relief for the heavy, tired sensation that can develop as a result.
Taping, Bandaging and Joint Stabilization
Whether it is a recent muscle injury, joint stiffness, or overworked muscles, proper rest and relieving the affected area from strain are essential. By stabilizing the painful region and applying supportive tape, we help reduce discomfort and alleviate symptoms.
Comprehensive Manual Therapy
Following an initial assessment, the problematic area is also examined manually. Based on the discomfort identified in this way, we determine the true source of the pain. In many cases, the root of the problem is not located where the pain is felt.
Manual therapy has beneficial effects on acute injuries, restricted range of motion, long-standing muscle tightness, and radiating pain. During the treatment, I combine the most appropriate techniques and complement them with movement correction, stretching, and additional professional recommendations.

Techniques and tools I use for immediate pain relief:

Cupping therapy
Flossing bands
Fascial therapy
Kinesiology taping
